Join Sales Layer as a Partner Success Manager and take ownership of the successful delivery of partner-led implementations of our PIM platform. You will play a critical role in enabling partners, supporting implementations, and ensuring projects are executed smoothly from solution design to delivery.
This role is highly cross-functional and partner-facing: you will coordinate internal teams such as Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success while also acting as a key point of contact for partners during implementation and enablement phases. Beyond project coordination, you will help scale the partner ecosystem by building knowledge resources, supporting certifications, improving documentation, and contributing to partner activation through demos and Proof of Concepts.
