Partner Success Manager

Join Sales Layer as a Partner Success Manager and take ownership of the successful delivery of partner-led implementations of our PIM platform. You will play a critical role in enabling partners, supporting implementations, and ensuring projects are executed smoothly from solution design to delivery.

This role is highly cross-functional and partner-facing: you will coordinate internal teams such as Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success while also acting as a key point of contact for partners during implementation and enablement phases. Beyond project coordination, you will help scale the partner ecosystem by building knowledge resources, supporting certifications, improving documentation, and contributing to partner activation through demos and Proof of Concepts.

What will you be doing?

  • Own and coordinate partner-led implementation projects, ensuring clear scope, timelines, milestones, and successful delivery.
  • Act as the main bridge between partners and internal teams, aligning expectations and translating needs into actionable next steps.
  • Track project progress, risks, blockers, dependencies, and incidents, and proactively drive resolution to keep projects moving forward.
  • Coordinate implementations for new customers led by partners, including solution design, integrations, and data setup.
  • Manage ongoing projects involving existing customers and partners, ensuring continuity and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Provide technical support to partners during project execution in collaboration with Solutions Engineering and other internal teams.
  • Build and maintain a centralized Partner Knowledge Base including partner solutions, capabilities, and integrations.
  • Keep partner-related information updated and ensure relevant insights are shared with internal teams such as Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success.
  • Run internal enablement sessions to educate teams on partner solutions, capabilities, and use cases.
  • Design and manage partner training and certification programs to support ecosystem growth and quality standards.
  • Create training materials, courses, exams, and certification environments for partners.
  • Support partners throughout the certification process and help ensure successful completion.
  • Improve partner-facing documentation and identify content gaps in the Support Center.
  • Deliver demos and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to support partner activation and collaboration opportunities.
  • Report implementation risks, partner needs, and relevant incidents to Customer Success and other internal stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve partner implementation processes, training assets, and collaboration practices to help scale delivery and ecosystem success.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, partner success, implementation, delivery, or similar roles, ideally in SaaS or B2B environments.
  • Strong experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders across internal teams, external partners, and customers.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
  • Initiative, ownership, and a problem-solving mindset with a proactive and execution-driven approach.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
  • Ability to quickly understand product use cases, partner workflows, and implementation requirements.

Nice to Have

  • Solid understanding of technical integrations such as APIs, connectors, and data models.
  • Experience in eCommerce environments.
  • Experience in B2B / SaaS companies.
  • Previous experience working with partners, integrations, or ecosystem programs.
