We’re adding a new comment sidebar that gives teams one clear place to see every comment made across their Sales Layer workspace from the past 30 days. It shows what was said, who said it, and exactly where it lives, so nothing gets lost or overlooked. With one filterable view, teams can stay on top of feedback, focus on what needs action, and move faster without chasing scattered notes across fields and products.

Here’s what’s changing and why it matters:

  • A single place to view every comment across the platform
    No more chasing feedback across disconnected products, tables, or fields. The sidebar brings all comments into a single list with full context: who wrote it, what it’s about, and where it sits.
  • See new activity at a glance
    A red indicator in the top bar shows when new comments are waiting. It’s a subtle but clear way for teams to stay on top of collaboration without inbox overload.
  • Quickly find what’s relevant to you
    Users can filter the view to show only comments where they’ve been mentioned, helping them focus and respond faster.
  • Sort comments your way
    Choose to view newest or oldest comments first depending on the task at hand.
  • Click to jump straight to the right place
    Each comment links directly to its item and field, so you don’t lose time searching for context.
